At this time, Eden Computers ships only to nation-wide New Zealand. If you reside outside of this area, please return to our site often, as we will likely add shipping to Pacific Island, Austrilia, and international addresses in the future.

| Delivery Time |
Most Eden Computer's shipments arrive in 2-5 business days. Shipping times are calculated from the time orders are packaged and leave our Distribution Centers. To estimate the total delivery time for an order, add availability time (e.g., usually ships within 24 hours) to the estimated time of delivery.
You can check the status of individual orders by visiting our Tracking page and entering your Edenonline order number or logon if you have previously register your account.
To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order.
To send your order as quickly and as safely as possible, we may ship items from the same order in separate boxes.
Edenonline offers shipping Monday through Friday , except for certain holidays.

| Tracking Your Order |
You can keep up with your order by using our online order tracking service, which allows you to estimate when your shipment will arrive. Simply go to the Order Status page and select the order you'd like to track. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including the time of pick-up, when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.
